Reception PTC Meetings

Dear Parents

 

             In addition to the original 15 minute Parent Teacher Conference dates on Thursday 15th and Friday 16th August, we also have available slots on Monday 19th August. Please speak to your child’s class teacher to arrange an appointment.

 

      The purpose of these meetings are to discuss your child’s initial learning and interests with their class teacher.

       Should you have difficulty attending on one of these days, please speak to your child’s class teacher to arrange an alternative, mutually convenient time. 

 

        We look forward to welcoming the Reception children to their classrooms when they visit. Dates and times as follows:

 

Thursday 15th August	9.00-11.00am
Friday 16th August	9.00-11.00am
Monday 19th August	9.00-11.00am
Tuesday 20th August-all children in school 8.55-2.40pm
