At DBIS we are committed to promoting an ethos of reading for pleasure in our students as research overwhelmingly shows that reading for pleasure leads to a myriad of benefits (visit HERE to read a summary). Also, given students will be spending considerable time engaged in online learning, we appreciate that non-screen time opportunities will be welcome by many.
As such, we want to ensure all students have access to physical books that support both their personal reading pleasure and their learning. To this end, we would like to offer a book request service using THIS FORM. The conditions of this service can be found on the jotform and we appreciate that these be read carefully.
