FOBISIA Race4Good 2021 – Team DBIS Years 9-12
I would like to introduce a fantastic opportunity which I strongly encourage any interested students to participate in.
The FOBISIA Race4Good programme is led by frontline humanitarian and leadership expert – Linda Cruse. This highly regarded Leadership and Entrepreneurship programme aims to develop the young leaders of tomorrow through solving real-world problems. During this programme, student will work together as a team and compete against other schools to uplift lives in a real, remote community in Nepal.
The programme will run between Monday 1st March – Friday 2nd April and is a knock-out competition between 15 teams within an International Schools League. This year the organisers have made considerable efforts to ensure that the event will take place entirely online.
Information has been shared with students and is available on their respective Tutor Group Google Classrooms.

Should your child be interested in participating in the event, we ask for a parent to register the student through the following Jot Form:
Before registering your child, please be aware of some key requirements for the programme (more detailed information is in the DBIS Race4Good Team information above):
- Registration needs to be completed by Thursday 24th February 2021.
- There is a registration fee of $325HKD per student.
- Students must be willing to commit to the whole event*
- Students will need to commit to time outside of regular school hours.
*Note: This programme is a knockout competition, but should our team reach round 3 (2 finalist teams), please be aware that this round is scheduled to take place during the first week of the Easter break (29th March-2nd April).
