Dear Parents,
We look forward to welcoming our Secondary students back to school in the forthcoming week. To assist with an easy transition back to school, we have prepared a document HERE that lists the classrooms for each tutor group. Please could you check the document and inform your child which room their tutor time sessions will be located in.
On the first day back, Year 7 students will be met by their tutor in front of the Secondary School, while all other year groups should meet their tutor at the classroom specified in the document.
I would like to ask that students are dressed according to the uniform specification, which can be found on the Parent Hub HERE. Please take extra note of the footwear and sock expectations. Please be advised that the requirement for PE trainers has not changed – students should wear suitable sports trainers, which may be any colour.
Students should attend with appropriate materials for writing and recording, such as pens and pencils.
Please note that there will be an additional tutor time session at the end of the first day for our Year 7 students only. This session will take place from 3.20pm to 3.35pm and will allow the students to reflect on their first day. The Year 7 tutors will then each host a brief online session for parents. In these sessions, the tutors will talk about how the first day has gone and provide further information for the term ahead. Links to these parent information sessions will be shared nearer the time.
