Jockey Club Children’s Oral Health Project

Dear Parents,

We are going to be working with The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Hong Kong as part of the ‘Jockey Club Children’s Oral Health Project’. This is an exciting project that will bring awareness and understanding of children’s oral health.

There will be a Zoom meeting conducted by the Children’s Oral Health Team’s dentists to share information about this project on Saturday 26th November at 12noon.

If you would like your child to be involved in this project, please fill in the consent form and return it to school before Friday 25th November: Parental Consent Form. The checks will take place at school on Thursday 1st December.
