Dear Kakapo Families,Â
Kakapo Class have been working hard to write and produce their own class assembly, centred around Chinese New Year, and are incredibly excited to invite their families and loved ones to watch them perform!Â
Your child will come home with some lines to learn. We ask that you read these through with your child and support them with learning and performing ahead of their class assembly. Should your child be required to bring in a costume, we will be sure to communicate directly.Â
The children will have the opportunity to perform their assembly twice; once for their EY1 and EY2 peers in the school assembly on Monday 16th January and once for their families on Thursday 2nd February at 9am.
On Thursday 2nd February we will invite Kakapo families for coffee in the school canteen immediately after drop off at 8.25am and then to the Globe Theatre for the assembly performance at 9am.Â
