Dear Parents and Guardians,
We wanted to take this opportunity to inform you that Ms Laura Nubel, teacher of 12G1Bio Biology, will be on maternity leave from Monday 14th February until Monday 23rd May 2022.
Mr Pak Chan, who has significant experience as a Science specialist, will be in post for the duration of this period in the absence of Mrs Nubel.
To ensure a successful handover, Mr Chan has worked closely with Ms Nubel to review student progress to date and to plan for the next steps in your child’s learning.
Subsequently, we are confident that Mr Chan will transition successfully into the role and continue to afford the students valuable and engaging learning opportunities. He is excited to be leading the students through this period of their learning.
We take this opportunity to wish Ms Nubel an enjoyable time with the new addition to her family and to the DBIS community.
