Dear Nursery Families,
A huge congratulations to all our Nursery children for how they have settled in seamlessly to the longer day at school. They continue to grow in confidence to engage in new experiences, make new friends and explore each other’s classrooms, the Discovery Centre and outdoors. We have enjoyed listening to the Colour Monster story by Anna Llenas, which has helped us to talk and think about our own emotions and how we express them.
Next week will be our first week of full days, and we are very much looking forward to our specialist lessons. Please see attached the timetables for Starlight Class and Seaside Class. Your child needs to wear their PE kit on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and if you haven’t done so already, please bring in a pair of clearly labelled rain boots for our Forest School sessions.
In the coming weeks, we will be talking about our families. Please feel free to send in two special photos of family memories. These can be emailed or hard copies sent to school.
A friendly reminder that the school day will begin at 8.55am and finish at 2.40pm. May we kindly request that you wash your child’s pillow and school hat and return them to school on Monday.
