Dear Primary Families,
Wherever possible, our children should be accompanied to and from school by an adult; however, we are aware some children in the older year groups will make their own way to and from school.
If your child is allowed to travel home independently, please can you complete the JotForm HERE to confirm this. The JotForm includes the following permissions:
- Permission to travel to and/or from school unaccompanied
- Permission to leave ECAs unaccompanied when ECAs resume
- Permission to leave school unaccompanied when there is a red or amber rainstorm
If you are unsure if you have completed this short form before, please feel free to do so again to ensure that your child is covered in all eventualities.
