Dear Nursery and Reception Parents,  Â
We are delighted to invite you to this year’s Physical Development Day (Sports Morning). An adult must accompany each child for the duration of the Sports Morning, as our teachers will be organising the activities. There will be tea and coffee in the dining hall from 9am onwards, as well as an update on the morning’s event.Â
Classes: Starlight, Safari & Airport
Date: Tuesday 28th March
Time: 9.15am–10am
What to Wear: PE kit, sun hat, trainers
What to Bring: A full water bottle
Drop off: Normal school drop off at 8.55am
Pick up: Normal School pick up at 2.40pm
Please encourage your child to participate in as many of the activities as possible. At 10am, please return your child to their classroom, where there will be a medal presentation which you are also invited to attend. Lessons will resume for the rest of the school day as normal.
Unfortunately, due to the day’s activities, there will be no parking available at the Early Years site. We also ask you not to bring hot drinks with you, for health and safety reasons.
We look forward to seeing you all on what will be a really enjoyable, active day. Â
