Dear Parents
As part of our continued work this year in sharing our classroom practice with parents, we would like to invite you to attend a workshop on the morning of Wednesday 16th October 2019. The workshop will take place in the EY hall at 9am and will give parents the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of our teaching of phonics which enables the children to read and write.
Through this informative session we will be able to demonstrate the active learning that takes place through our daily RWI sessions, in particular looking at the range of activities we teach.

Following the introductory workshop at 9am, there will be an opportunity to visit your child’s class to work alongside them in a RWI session. This should end around 10am in readiness for the children’s discovery sessions.
