Dear Reception Parents,
This year’s Reception Sports Morning will be held on Friday 10th May.
Our students need to come to school that day wearing their PE clothes, sport’s shoes, and a hat. An adult must accompany your child for the duration of the Sports Morning, as our teachers will be organizing the activities.
Please bring your child to class at the usual time of 8.55am for registration. You are then requested to gather in the playground near the stairs to be updated on the morning’s event. The class teacher will hand your child back over to you in the playground after registration so that you can begin the games together. Please encourage your child to participate in as many of the activities as possible.
From 10:00am to 10:15am there will be a short celebratory presentation, after which our students will return to class and resume lessons. The school day will end at the normal time, 2:40pm.
If the weather proves not to be on our side then we will try again on the following Friday 17th May, so keep your fingers crossed for fine weather.
Unfortunately, due to the day’s activities, there will be no parking available at the Early Years site. We also ask you not to bring hot drinks for health and safety reasons.
