Dear Parents,
Please be reminded that EY1, Y5 (Girls) and Y6 student immunisations are scheduled for Thursday, May 20, 2021.
If you have already returned the necessary consent form, for the ease and comfort of the student, we recommend the following:
- Please ensure your child has a hearty breakfast
- Please ensure he/she wears loose or short sleeve uniform top.
- Please keep your mobile phone near to facilitate communication should the School Immunisation Team need to contact you.
