Dear Parents,
All students who have represented DBIS sports teams in HKPSSA, ISSFHK, FOBISIA or HKRU sporting competitions in Term 1 or Term 2 of the current school year, are requested to appear in our Yearbook Sports Team photos. We would also like to invite potential team members to be in team photos for the sports we have yet to compete in this year in Term 3.
Please follow the instruction in this LINK to check the photo(s) your child is in and the photo registration time(s). If your son or daughter does not appear to be included in a team photo but you believe they should be, because they have represented the school in a sports tournament, competition or league this year, please let me know.
The photos will be taken in the globe during school time in the afternoon, starting at 12 noon and finishing at 3:10pm. All students involved in the photos must come to school in their PE kit for the entire school day on Friday 29 March.
Teachers and tutors have all received comprehensive lists of the students involved and when they should attend their photos. Students will arrive at their allocated time, 10 minutes before their photo and register with the PE Department. Teams then change into their sports team top (issued by the PE team). They will then have a photo with their coach(es), return the school team shirt and return to class (or play, if lunchtime). Older students or staff will help younger students to and from their photos.
We hope that the students and families will enjoy seeing the finished results of the sports team photos in our 2018-2019 DBIS Yearbook. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all students who have represented our sports teams this school year and thank you for your support.
