Please find attached the Week Without Walls 2019 Permission and Medical Jotform. This is a requirement for all Secondary students attending WWW activities in Hong Kong and Overseas in order to ensure that we have up to date medical and personal information for your child in preparation for the trip. This will also enable our School Nurse Team to update records for all students.
