Dear Year 5 Parents,
This morning, we had a meeting for parents who are available to volunteer their time to help out with the Year 5 Show – thank you to those of you who attended. However, we had very small numbers and do need more support with the following areas please: makeup, props, staging and costumes.
Just to clarify, if you can volunteer your time, you will be needed to help over the next two weeks with sourcing costumes, props and helping with creating and organising staging etc and also with makeup and costume organisation at the following days and times:
Monday 10th June – 7.30am for dress rehearsal
Tuesday 11th – 7.30am for dress rehearsal and 5pm for first performance
Wednesday 12th – 5pm for first performance
