Dear Year 9 Families,
The online Year 9 Parent Teacher Student Conference (PTSC) evening will take place on Tuesday 27th April between 4:00 pm-7:30 pm.Â
The intention of this evening is to provide you with the opportunity to discuss your child’s progress and performance with all their subject teachers. This event is an extremely valuable part of our academic and pastoral support for your child. We encourage your child to attend the event with you to maximise the benefit of the meetings.
In order to ensure that teachers are able to speak with as many parents and students as possible, meeting slots are five minutes long. Should you feel that you need more time to speak with your child’s teacher following this conversation, the teacher will be happy to arrange another time to continue the conversation. Further details about how to book the online bookings will be sent out by Tuesday 20th April.
