Early Years Online Learning
Students and Parents will use:
Daily Schedule (Monday – Friday)
- Each class from Nursery – EY2 will follow a home learning timetable which can be found on Seesaw or on the Parent Hub. All learning and Google Meet links can be accessed through the Virtual Classroom.
Learning opportunities for Early Years children will include:

- Whole class Google Meets with the class teacher
- Small group Google Meet sessions with the class teacher
- Learning opportunities to complete on Seesaw
- Learning pack containing resources that will support the children’s learning at home
Mandarin, PE and Music

Learning Technology

- A recorded session to be completed during the allocated timetabled slot or at a time convenient to families
Things to note:
- Activities will be shared in Seesaw with video or recorded explanations.
- Mandarin, PE and Music lesson videos will be shared on Seesaw.
- Learning Technologies videos will be accessible on Seesaw.
- Children will be able to select a range of fiction and non-fiction books each week for collection using the Click and Collect library system (please refer to the Hub Bulletin for further information for your child’s year group)
- Nursery and Reception Learning packs available on Mondays 11:30 – 12:30 from the Early Years Campus.
- EY1 and EY2 Learning packs available Mondays and Fridays 12:30 – 13:00 from Main Campus entrance.
- Learning packs for Tung Chung children can be collected from the main square near Starbucks between 3:00-3:15 pm
- Year Group specific information, including timetables and all other arrangements can be found on the parent bulletins for your child’s year group on the Hub.

- Live teaching will follow the existing school timetable, covering all class and specialist lessons. Activities will be shared in Google Classroom and Seesaw with video or recorded explanations, where needed.
- Class teachers will support the children during every lesson in real-time on Google Classroom and Seesaw.
- Mandarin, PE, Learning Technology and Music lessons will also be live, following the children’s existing timetable. Resources will be shared on Google Classroom where appropriate.
- Parents will be able to select a range of fiction and non-fiction books for their children each week for collection from the library. Information can be found on the Parent Hub.
