Dear Parents, Careers, Helpers & Sixth Form Students,
The PTSA will kick off 2024–25 with our first coffee morning of the year and a fundraiser for breast cancer awareness.
This year we have a couple of guest speakers: DBIS parent Lucy Holgate and Year 12 student Alfie Holgate, who will share their journey and experience as a family after Lucy’s breast cancer diagnosis.
We are also delighted to have a taster session of Yoga with Lili; you can find Lili on Facebook to learn more about her and classes here in Discovery Bay.
We are so pleased that our PTSA co-chair Jenny Tang, a Tai Chi Grand Master, will be joining the fun with another taster session for everyone to enjoy.
Baked goods, breast cancer ribbon pins and more will be on sale at the event.
We will also be selling pins and more on the following dates at drop-off and pick-up.
