Severe Weather notifications:
DBIS will notify parents as soon as possible through the following channels:
- SMS (if time critical)
- A pop up message will be posted to the Hub
- An Alert will be added to the School Website

ECA cancellations:
DBIS will notify parents by 6:30am (for morning ECAs) through the following channels:
- A pop up message will be posted to the Hub
- A bulletin will be also be posted to the Hub
Fire and Emergency Evacuation:
DBIS will notify parents as soon as possible through the following channels:
- SMS (if not a drill)
- A pop up message will be posted to the Hub
- An Alert will be added to the School Website
Anticipated long term school closure:
DBIS will notify parents as soon as possible through the following channels:
- Email from the Head of School / Heads of Phase
- Bulletins on the Hub with supporting information
- Online learning page will be reactivated
- An Alert will be added to the School Website
