Dear Year 2 Families,
We are about to embark upon our new Discovery unit, ‘Inspiring Artists’. As part of this unit, the children will learn about performance, music and art. We would like to welcome families in to showcase some of the amazing work that our students produce as part of this unit in a Celebration of Learning. Details of this event are below:
Date: Wednesday 4th December
Location: The Globe Theatre
Time: 8.15am – 8.45amÂ
Tea and coffee will be served outside the Globe Theatre from 8am.Â
Students will be required to come to their classrooms at 8am to allow for performance preparation.Â
**Please note the date of this event has changed from the original Term Dates shared. The new date will be Wednesday 4th December.Â
Scripts will be sent home for children to learn some lines. We would welcome your support with practising this at home as much as possible, focusing on intonation and volume.Â
