Year 2 Science Museum Trip: Wednesday 26th February

Dear Year 2 Families,

 

On Wednesday 26th February 2025, Year 2 students will visit the Hong Kong Science Museum as part of their Discovery unit ‘Fantastic Firsts’. 

 

This trip will allow the students to visit the different exhibits on offer at the Science Museum and look at different inventions and scientific discoveries. Please ensure you have completed the Jotform here to give permission for your child to attend this trip. 

 

Students are to arrive at school at the normal time of 8.25am, and buses will depart at approx 9am.

 

The cost of the trip will be HK$130 per child. 

 

Payments must be made by Monday 3rd February 2025 for your child to attend. Please submit payments of cash or cheque (payable to Discovery Bay International School) to the main office. If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please use the following details:

On the day, children will need to wear full school uniform and bring a packed lunch, snack and water bottle. 

 

We will require some parent helpers to support us with this exciting trip. A parent sign-up sheet will be made available by your class teacher closer to the time. If an ample amount of parents volunteer then names will be chosen from a hat.
