Primary Maths Parent Workshop – 4th September

Dear DBIS Primary Families,

On Thursday 4th September, Liam Bowden (Head of Maths – Primary) will be hosting a Primary Maths Parent Workshop in The Globe from 8.30am – 9.30am.

Aimed at families from Year 1 – Year 6, this workshop will provide an overview of how Maths is approached at DBIS. The session will focus on the key concepts that drive our pedagogy as well as the practical ways in which we embed learning within our classrooms.

We will also examine great ways to develop learning at home and break down some of the online resources our students use.

This workshop is aimed at families who are new to DBIS, or interested to know our approach to Maths in more detail. For any parents who have attended previous sessions, please note that some of the information covered will be similar.
