University Fair at King George V School on 23rd September 2025 for Year 11 Students

Dear Parents/Guardians of Year 11 Students,

King George V School (KGV) will host its annual university fair on Tuesday 23rd September, from 3.30pm to 6.30pm. Our Year 11 students are invited to attend. Therefore, we are planning to arrange a school bus to transport those interested students to/from the event. For details about the fair, please visit here. 

On the day of the fair, the participating students will leave DBIS at around 3.30pm. Students will then participate in the fair. At the end of the fair, students will have the option to come back to DBIS on a school bus or leave from KGV on their own with prior permission given by their parent/guardian. 

For students coming back to DBIS on a school bus, they will leave from the event at 5.30pm. Students are expected to arrive at DBIS around 6.30pm, depending on the traffic. 

To allow your child to participate in the KGV University Fair, please complete and submit this Jotform by 16th September 2025. By submitting this Jotform, you are giving permission to your child to participate in the KGV University Fair on 23rd September 2025, and you fully understand the mentioned arrangement for the fair.
