Year 3 Greatest Show Assembly

Dear Year 3 Families,

We are preparing for our Year 3 collaborative assembly, The Greatest Show. The performance will provide the students with an opportunity to showcase their learning from their most recent Discovery unit, ‘Light & Sound’, and their most recent writing unit, ‘Leon & The Place Between’.

Please find below some relevant information and key dates for your diary:

Costumes

Can all students please bring a black long-sleeved top and black long-sleeved trousers/leggings in a named zip-lock bag. Please can these come into school by Friday 10th October. 

Dress Rehearsal

Due to the high number of family members that may wish to attend the performance, we would like to invite all aunties/helpers to watch the children’s dress rehearsal on Wednesday 15th October at 11am in The Globe Theatre. The show will last approximately 30 minutes. 

Performance: The Greatest Show

We would like to welcome all Year 3 families to watch the Year 3 collaborative assembly on Friday 17th October at 8.15am. Tea and Coffee will be provided from 7.45am outside The Globe Theatre. The show will last approximately 30 minutes. 

Early Student Arrival

We kindly request that students be dropped off at their classrooms at 7.45am on Friday 17th October to allow them sufficient time to prepare for their performance.
