Box of Hope 2025

Dear DBIS Families,

We are delighted to support the Box of Hope charity once again this year. The Box of Hope is an annual charity project aimed at providing useful and educational gifts to underprivileged children in Hong Kong and Asia, donated by Hong Kong school children and local organisations. Further information can be found on The Box of Hope website.

Please find below links to videos giving more information about the initiative and guidance about how to put together a Box of Hope.

Our student leaders will set up a collection point by the main gates on our Main Campus before school between Monday 27th and Friday 31st October, when they will be delighted to receive your donations.

At the EYFS Campus, the dates will remain as above and the boxes will be collected outside the Main Office. We have labels for the boxes that we will share with the students next week, and there will be spare copies ready for you to collect at the main school office and the EYFS office. Alternatively, you can download one to print from the Box of Hope website.

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions, and we thank you in advance for your support. Last year we collected almost 500 boxes, which is incredible, and we would love to help bring a smile to even more children’s lives this Christmas time.

Thank you and best wishes,

The Primary Student Council and The Secondary Community and Service Council
