We are writing to sincerely thank you for your overwhelming enthusiasm and interest in our Christmas Concert.
If you have not received a personal email to collect tickets, your registration was not successful due to the extremely high volume of requests.
We understand this is disappointing news.
Alternative Ways to Experience the Concert
While you didn’t secure tickets through the initial registration, we have options for you to still enjoy the wonderful performance:
1. Returned Tickets Available on the Night
We anticipate that a limited number of unclaimed or last-minute tickets may be available at the door on the evening of the performance.
You are welcome to queue for returned tickets, but we cannot guarantee there will be any space. We encourage you to arrive a little early if you wish to try for one of these seats.
2. Watch the Livestream
We are pleased to confirm that the concert will be live streamed! This ensures that everyone, regardless of venue capacity, can enjoy the concert from the comfort of their home or with friends.
