Book Week is almost here!
From Monday 17th April to Friday 21st April, DBIS will be holding Book Week. This is an annual whole-school event that promotes and celebrates all things BOOKS and READING! Find all you need to know on the Book Week website!
All young people deserve to see themselves in books as well as experience characters, cultures and circumstances that are different from their own. As such, this year’s Book Week will highlight inclusive stories under the banner ‘We All Have A Story to Tell‘.
There will be a range of activities and competitions taking place during the week and, of course, loads of stories being shared! Find a preview HERE!
