Dear parents,
The excellent Buzzing for Books club is looking for more members!
Every Tuesday, from 3.15pm-4pm in the library, Miss Lees & Mr Haines (along with a weekly mystery reader) read a selection of outstanding picture books…and we would like more year 1 and 2 children to share them with. From new books to classics, there is something for everyone. In addition to sharing some exciting reads (and brand new for Term 2) we also host a weekly Quiz Whizz round! Based on one of the books read, we create a question treasure hunt around the library. This allows the children to develop their literary skills whilst having lots of fun.
Please note, children coming to this club do need do need adult supervision.
