Communications – ECA Sign Up, Week Without Walls Registration and ECA Cancellation

Dear Parents,

We have put together a short tutorial video showing you how to use CHQ to sign up for next term’s Extra Curricular Activities (ECAs) and another short tutorial video showing Secondary School parents how to register preferences for Secondary Week Without Walls trips for next year. Please find the links below.

For the cancellation of ECAs before school we will continue to post a bulletin prior to 06:30am on the mornings that they are cancelled due to inclement weather. In addition we will highlight this on the Hub with a red bar notification at the top of the screen. Please see the example screenshot below.
