Dear Parents,
In light of the recent school suspensions, students may feel that they have missed out on the ‘fun’ of school with peer interactions. We would like to bring some fun back by still running DBIS’ Got Talent!
This year it will take the form of an online competition, with finalists’ videos being shared with the entire school online. Each child will then be able to vote for their favourite with prizes then given to children within each age category.
The three categories are: EY1 and EY2; Y3 and Y4; Y5 and Y6.
If your child/ren are interested in entering, they should email an audition video to [email protected]. The email should contain their full name and class. The video should be no longer than 3 mins in length. They can display any talent that they think would impress our House Captains!
With the help of some esteemed judges, the House Captains will select the best entries to make it through to the final, where children will have time to create a final performance video.
The deadline for video auditions is Friday 13th March – plenty of time to perfect those skills, or perhaps find a new talent!
