DBIS Helpdesk Portal and IT Support

The IT Team have been expanding their use of a helpdesk portal over the past few months to streamline the support of technical issues at the school.
 
We would like to draw your attention to, in particular, a Solutions Portal with helpful guides and tips which should help give you instant solutions to some of the problems you might experience.
 
 
We are continuing to build on the bank of information on this portal but it already includes information on, for example, how to reset your passwords in the Parent Portal and CHQ, clear your caches and also contains links to the Learning Technology Guides.
