EY1 and EY2 Discovery Dome

Dear EY1 and EY2 Families,

We are excited to announce that the Discovery Dome will be paying a visit to DBIS on Wednesday 31st May. 

The Discovery Dome is an inflatable mobile planetarium that brings learning about space, the solar system and other areas of science to life for children. The sessions are engaging and immersive, with a focus on exploration. 

The Dome will be set up in The Globe Theatre at DBIS throughout the day, and all children in EY1 and EY2 will have a scheduled 45-minute allocated time to meet with Astronaut Lorne and explore this state-of-the-art digital planetarium.
