EY1 Return to School

  Dear EY1 Families,

Due to government restrictions our EY1 Timetables will change after Chinese New Year. Starting from Monday 22nd February EY1 will work on a 3 week rotation.  EY1 students will attend school every Monday and Tuesday from 8am – 11:30am and on rostered Thursdays and Fridays from 8am – 11:30am.

Timetable for Week 7, Week beginning 22nd February

Please find below an outline of the Timetable for EY1 students after the CNY break. A more detailed timetable will be available via your child’s Virtual Classroom on SeeSaw by 5pm on Friday 12th February. The online learning will include live whole class sessions, small group sessions, specialist lessons and consolidation activities with supporting videos. There will also be a story or assembly to end each day.

  • Water bottle
  • Hat
  • Nut Free Snack
  • Change of clothes

Please ensure temperatures are checked at home and any children displaying any medical symptoms are kept at home.  Your child’s temperature card will be checked on the gate as you enter the EY campus and adults and children temperatures will be taken at the gate as you enter.

Masks

Masks must be worn at all times throughout the day. We ask that these are labelled with your child’s name and class. Please provide a spare mask in your child’s bag.

Drop off and pick up times

Children can be dropped off between 8am – 8:30am to their classroom door. We ask that you kindly adhere to our “kiss and drop” policy which enables a smooth morning transition and reduces crowds and gatherings at the door.  Pick up will be from your child’s classroom between 11.25-11.30am.

Please can EY1LB and EY1RG parents drop off/ pick up via the side gate and EY1GC and EY1EM via the main school gates.

Should you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact your class teacher directly.

Many thanks for all your support.
