Dear parents
As part of our STEAM week celebrations, we will be hosting our first ever family STEAM event on Saturday 11th January from 9am-12pm in the DBIS Globe Theatre. We have already had a few families sign up to join this exciting opportunity and there is still space for a few more families to join.
Throughout this 3 hour morning event, families will be set a challenge and will collaborate, communicate and create together, competing against other families to provide the most creative solutions to a problem.
The key aims of this event are for each family to have fun, be challenged and feel a sense of pride when they work together to accomplish something amazing. There will even be some prizes up for grabs!
While we welcome families of all sizes, we will need to request that each family has a minimum of 1 parent or grandparent and one child to enter. If you would like to sign up to this event, please complete this form. Places will be limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Following the sign up process, we will email families to confirm places by Thursday 9th January. If you have previously signed up and can no longer attend, please do let us know so we can offer the place to another family.
