Dear FS-1 Families,
On Friday 21st November, FS-1 will go on a school trip to Tai Pak Beach in Discovery Bay (beside the DB Recreation Club, South Plaza). This trip will be to mark the end of the ‘Our Class is a Family’ focus and is a chance to celebrate the wonderful FS-1 community that we are all a part of. During this trip, the children will be having a snack on the beach that school will provide (you are welcome to bring a nut-free snack for yourselves).
On the day, the children will arrive at school at the normal school start time of 8.55am, accompanied by a family member (younger siblings are welcome to accompany also). There will be coffee and tea available in the Early Years dining hall for family members and then we will leave school together at 9.15am, arriving at the South Plaza beach by roughly 9.30am. We aim to leave the beach at 10.40am, arriving back at school by 11am and then resuming with our normal schedule for the day.

While at the beach, there will be a variety of activities set up for us to take part in and enjoy together.
If an adult is not available to accompany your child for this trip, please let your class teacher know as soon as possible.
