Inventry Visitor System – parent and helper cards order and collection

Dear Parents

Just a quick reminder to all parents particularly those new families who have joined us recently that you are entitled to up to three cards per family for our Inventry visitor system.

Inventry ensures that the School is aware of who is on the campus at any time for both child protection and for keeping visitors safe during an emergency evacuation.

We require every visitor to the main campus or Sixth Form, within school hours, to sign in when they come onto school premises.  Parents and helpers can either register by tapping in at the main gate/sixth form reception with their family cards or sign in manually and provide proof of ID.

Please also be aware that to comply with current government requirements visitors are also required to register on the  COVID-19 Leave Home Safe app for the time being.

If you would like to order family cards, can you complete the order form here.  Please read the requirements for the photo to be provided carefully to prevent delays in getting the cards printed.  As soon as your cards are ready for collection, you will be emailed by the helpdesk and the cards will be available for collection from the Main Reception.
