Dear Parents and Guardians,
This is a reminder that the school-based influenza vaccine clinic is scheduled for next Monday, 6th October.
To help the clinic run smoothly and efficiently, we kindly ask that you ensure your child wears the short-sleeved uniform top on Monday. This will allow for easy access to their upper arm for the vaccination.
Please be reminded that this clinic is only for students whose consent forms were submitted to the school by the deadline. We are unable to accept walk-ins or on-the-day consent forms.
For EYFS students, please ensure that your child is collected after school and brought to the Globe Theatre at the Main Campus for the vaccination.
