Please see the details below regarding a change to our student absence notification process.
- There are now two separate forms for reporting student absences:
- Planned Leave of Absence Form:Â For planned absences such as holidays or medical appointments during term time.
- Unplanned Leave of Absence Form:Â For unplanned absences due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
- Planned Leave of Absence requests for Secondary students will require approval from the relevant Head of Year.
Accessing the Forms:
Both forms can be accessed through the Parent Hub under the “Parent Forms” section.
