Parent Feedback Survey and Parent Focus Group

Dear Parents,

We have been delighted to see our EY1 & 2 children back in school even for a limited time over the last few weeks. We have loved hearing our environments come alive once more with the sound of laughter and learning and have enjoyed being able to reestablish in person relationships with parents, aunties and carers. Whilst our Nursery and Reception children continue to learn remotely for now, we have been absolutely blown away by the children’s energy levels and enthusiasm, which has been particularly reflected in the high number of children joining our optional live sessions such as Art Club and Construction Club. These have been wonderful opportunities for the children to explore their interests and creative flair!

Whether the children are in school, or learning from home, our teaching teams have been working extremely hard to ensure the ongoing wellbeing of the children. As we continue to work in partnership with you as parents, I would like to direct you to several resources we have available to support families with discussions relating to wellbeing at home on the Parent Hub HERE.

Thank you to those of you who have already completed the feedback survey to support us in our continued developments of the online home learning programme.  If you have not already done so, but would like to share your feedback with us about how your child is getting on, please do complete the short survey linked below:

Early Years Parent Feedback Survey

I will be hosting an online meeting for EY1 & 2 parents on Tuesday 9th February at 10:15 am and Nursery and Reception parents on Wednesday 10th February at 9:00am to discuss the overall programme of learning for our children in the Early Years. If you would like to be part of this meeting, and have not already expressed your interest in being part of the Early Years Parent Group this year,  please email me directly to register your interest at [email protected]. For those parents who signed up to the parent focus group previously, you will automatically receive a link to this meeting and I would be grateful if you could let me know whether you are able to attend. In the interests of transparency, please note, this meeting will not be an opportunity to discuss the Education Bureau’s decisions relating to school closure or school fees.

Thank you all again for the support you continue to provide in what I appreciate is an extraordinarily difficult time for everyone. As always, please do not hesitate to contact me should you wish to discuss any questions or concerns.

Best wishes

Hannah Cole
