Dear Parents
It was a pleasure to see so many children begin ECAs last week. In order to help us ensure the smooth running of our programme and to ensure the safety of all children, please be reminded of the following information:
Morning ECA Start Times
Morning ECAs begin at 7.40am in Primary. Children will not be allowed to enter the school campus until 7.35am – please ensure your child is supervised until the start of their ECA. If your child has permission to come to school independently, please ensure they do not arrive at school before 7.35am.
Primary Swim Squad
Primary swim squad students may enter school by the back gate from 7.20am for their session in the pool.
Dismissal from ECAs
Year 1 and 2 students must be collected by one of your agreed adults – please check with ECA teachers as to where to collect your child at the end of their ECA. Only those students in Years 3–6 who have permission to leave ECAs independently will be dismissed by themselves. All other students require an adult to collect.
