Dear Parents, Students and Staff,
We were thrilled to welcome DBIS alumni member and author Siobhan McDermott to our school library on Thursday 6th March. Siobhan presented to both Primary and Secondary students, introducing her fantastic debut chapter book, Paper Dragons : The Fight for the Hidden Realm, chosen as Waterstones’ Children’s Book of the Month.
Copies of Siobhan’s book can be ordered for HK$100 per copy. Please drop cash, or a cheque made out to Discovery Bay International School, to the Main Campus Library by Wednesday 12th March. Delivery is expected towards the end of March. You will find the Main Campus Library on level 1 of the Discovery Centre, above the main school office.
