Dear Parents
The red rain signal is in force and the EDB has instructed all schools to remain closed today. DBIS will therefore delay the start of the school year until tomorrow, Tuesday 19th August.
We are very sorry to miss seeing our children today but look forward to welcoming all students back tomorrow.
