Dear Parents of DBIS Secondary Parents,
I would like to invite you to an information evening on the 13th of October, focusing on the new reporting system for secondary year groups at DBIS. There are some minor changes to the reports for Year 10-13 students, but the main focus of this evening will be about the changes to the reports for our Year 7, 8 and 9 children. I will cover the following areas:
- The changes that have been made and the rationale behind these updates.
- The range of reports that you receive about your child throughout the year.
- Clarification about the information contained in the reports and the criteria that we base your child’s grades on.
- How you are able to use the detailed information on your child’s reports to improve their future learning.
