Revised Rooming Arrangements – Year 10 Mock Examinations 2020-21

Dear Year 10 Parents and Students,

With the welcome news that we will be able to return to a more typical learning schedule from Monday 24th May, we would like to inform you of some examination location and time changes for the remainder of the Mock Examinations.

With the Globe and the Gym at the main campus being utilised once more as lunchtime eating spaces, as per Hong Kong Education Bureau requirements, we have relocated the remaining Year 10 Mock Examinations.

HERE you can access the revised Mock Examination Schedule. Please note that the timings of the examinations have been amended slightly to align with the latest daily learning schedule and to support our internal management of these. The order and days of the examinations remain consistent.

A polite reminder that study leave for the students extends until Wednesday 26th May. Students are expected to resume their new learning schedule (which takes effect from Monday 24th May) on Thursday 27th May. Timings and details of this can be accessed in the email shared to all parents by Mr Oakley this morning (Friday 21st may).

Students will be required to present their temperature cards at the main gate and register with Joey at the secondary reception. A subsequent temperature check will be taken and recorded at this point.

I would like to take this opportunity to inform you that we have been incredibly pleased with the manner in which the students have conducted themselves during these examinations to date. They have demonstrated significant commitment to their learning and clear desire to achieve, whilst adhering successfully to the official standards imposed  – we implore them to maintain these high standards for the remainder of their examinations.

We wish all students the very best of luck with their final preparations. Please don’t hesitate to reach out should you require any further clarity.

Kind regards,

Peter Roberts
