Dear Parents and Guardians,
On Tuesday 6th February, we will join again with the global initiative ‘Safer Internet Day’. This year’s theme is all about ‘Inspiring Change’.
In Learning Technologies, the students will learn how to make a difference, manage influence and navigate change online. Activities will include items such as becoming a social media influencer to campaign for positive behaviour, programming robots and navigating around a digital citizenship game board.
In their own classrooms, the students will be tested on their internet safety awareness with thought-provoking quizzes and discussions before entering a competition running throughout the week to share their advice with the rest of the school.
