Dear Parents
In anticipation of a return to school we hope within the next few weeks, we require parents to complete a Travel History and Health Status Declaration Form for each of their children. Please complete the form by Monday 14 September.
This is a requirement from the Hong Kong Government and Education Bureau and will be one of the pre-requisites for us re-opening.
