With Week Without Walls fast approaching, we are concerned that we have not yet received all the medical and permissions checks from parents prior to the students embarking on their various trips.
A document has been uploaded into the document section of the Parent Portal which contains the current medical, contact details and passport records held for your child at DBIS. Please click HERE for details on how to access the information.
Please check this information carefully and complete the following form by Thursday morning (if you have not already done so).
If out-of-date, please also update your child’s medical information and contact details (links to those forms are included in the permissions form below).
