Wellbeing Workshop: When Parents Connect, Kids Thrive – 27th November

We are delighted to invite you to a Wellbeing Workshop: ‘When Parents Connect, Kids Thrive’ at 8.30am on Thursday 27th November.

This workshop, facilitated by therapist Shirley Hung, helps parents understand how a strong, emotionally connected partnership creates a secure and supportive environment where children thrive – emotionally, socially, and academically.

Participants will:
● Understand how parental connection supports children’s emotional and academic growth;
● Recognise common post‐parenthood relationship challenges;
● Learn practical tools to strengthen communication and deepen emotional closeness;
● Leave with practical steps to nurture both their partnership and family wellbeing.

All DBIS parents and caregivers are welcome to attend, embracing the diversity of every family and parenting partnership.

Please sign up here by Tuesday 25th November to secure your spot.

(If you are an Early Years parent, please contact your child’s teacher if you would like to arrange an early drop-off in order to attend the workshop on the Main Campus)

Kind regards,

Jessica Hickling
