Y12 and Y13 January IAL Modular Exams

Dear Parents/Guardians,

As the end of term is fast approaching, I would like to update you about the arrangements for the upcoming IAL modular examinations this January.

Students will have received their statement of entries and the overall timetable with rooms. Our examinations officer will be contacting students via their school email addresses if they have any clashes, once we have confirmation from the examination boards.

Students will be granted study leave the day of the examination and the day before; however, a Monday exam does not allow a student to take the previous Friday as study leave. Please note that lessons will continue as normal where teachers will be covering necessary content for their subject areas. Any students not in school outside of the allocated study leave arrangements will be treated as absent without authorisation (unless they are unwell and a doctor’s note is supplied).
